Return Policy

ForeArmRx comes with a 30 day Money Back Guarantee. At the end of 30 days, if you have used the ForeArmRx in the manner directed in our manual for at least 10 treatments and don’t feel like your forearm muscles are more pliable and less tight, you can return the unit back to us in the original box and we will refund your purchase price minus shipping.

Before shipping anything back to ForeArmPain.com you must obtain a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) by emailing us at sales@forearmpain.com. No returns will be accepted without the RMA. After furnishing the ForeArmPain.com with the required information, you will be provided with the RMA and return shipping instructions.

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please email us at sales@forearmpain.com to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning any product. Products sent without an RMA number will not be accepted for return.

Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable.
Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Products must be in original condition. Any physical damage that occurs due to customer usage will not be accepted for return.
Products must be returned with all original packaging. This includes all manuals, or accessories that may have came with the product.
Credit will be issued 3 to 5 business days after ForeArmPain.com receives the returned product, where applicable.
ForeArmPain.com is not responsible for products lost, stolen and/or damaged during shipping. All shipping costs associated with returning the unit to ForeArmPain.com are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receiving the RMA number:

Package your product inside the box with proper packaging material.
Place a copy of your Invoice inside the package.
Write your RMA number on the top of the box and also on 2 sides of the box.
Ship us your package. We do not pay the shipping costs for us to receive it, however we do pay to ship it back to you (if necessary).
We always ship back via FedEx Ground.
